  業務内容

  The Global Business Process Expert for PTP designs and maintains the Global business process model for Procure to Pay processes. The role is responsible to standardize and harmonize PTP processes globally across Our company and act as the custodian and design authority for all processes. Working with the team, the GBPE for PTP defines standards on the best practice process flows. This includes aligning business processes at sites with the global business process model. In addition, the GBPE for PTP supports the sites during regional deployments by delivering process expertise and knowledge, process and application training along with project support.The GBPE will also work across all regions with Regional Process Experts and users to understand and document current processes, while driving buy-in to adopt best practices which increase end-user satisfaction levels and business productivity using process improvement methodology and tools.The GBPE for PTP will work closely with the SN GBPL, Process Leads and Experts to identify, and design processes that deliver value through the implementation of S4 HANA and SAP ARIBA functionalities. 
  Main responsibilities:
  Act on behalf of the Supply Network GBPL to lead standardization and alignment to best practice of PTP business process for each region/country in scope
  Develop business processes for the global solution:Drive global process design and continuously align with the business process experts across all regions
  Ensure to develop standardized business processes based on best practice
  Drive the Global process design for PTP area
  
  Govern the global solution:Manage the business requirements for all template change requests
  Provide a fit-gap analysis against global solution to prevent region-specific solutions
  Support Change Management activities aimed at deployment of target business processes and technology to related Business Function
  
   Other responsibilities:Oversee our project planning, execution, reporting and related escalation management within the Business Function 
  Propose customization to global process where there is business benefit
  Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements through S4 HANA

  Main responsibilities:
  Technical & Engineering Support of Customers via phone, local website’s Q/As, e-mail and Case supportThis is the primary directive of the CAE.   Export Control documentationHelp the end customer and distributors to issue official export control documentation. Native Japanese is need for understanding regulation terms.
  
  Technical Documentation SupportProofread the results of translation of technical documentation such as data sheets, brochures, application notes and news, and assist with Marketing Communication (MARCOM) ’s translation processes. The translated material needs to be proofread for technical accuracy and quality. Native Japanese is need for collecting news/Ads and Banners. Also, to stimulate understanding of our products and tools, and to help and expand our customers and students, you assist in publishing technical or reference textbooks and engineering documents such as application notes.
  
  Technical Training SupportAssist Embedded System Engineer (ESE) show supporting customers and give on/offline technical training to customers and engineers from distributors through the Regional Training Center, Technical Workshops (ex. company University, Korea MASTERs. MASTERs are big off-line technical events for customers) and training design houses on company products and tools hands-on sessions. This effort would also include the development of training material and continuous self-study for learning new skills and improvement of existing skills.
  
  University ProgramDevelop University relationships through the company Scholarship program and giving lectures about company microcontrollers and new products. For making our future engineers and customers, you will give lectures and technical seminars to Universities, and follow up with company design contests for University students. Meet with professors and inform them of company products, and establish PIC training environments as a preferred microcontroller with our training materials.
  
  Local website’s ActivityManage the technical Database and Q/As on the local website and follow up with uploading technical materials, Create and upload reference application notes for popular devices and applications.
