  Reporting to the Director of Market Access, APAC, the Manager - Market Access Japan and Korea is accountable for developing and implementing a successful product portfolio value and access strategy in Japan and Korea.
  In order to maximize patient access to our products and deliver sustainable commercial profitability, we seek a talented manager with demonstrated strategic and technical capabilities.
  In this role, you will work collaboratively with local commercial team of Japan and Korea to lead, support and deliver on the company vision.
  Working within a matrix environment, the Manager sits within Japan and reports centrally to the Director Market Access, APAC.
  The individual will contribute towards region as the centre of excellence for market access and value. 
  
  The Manager, based in Tokyo, will serve as the resident value and access expert for the Japan and Korea team on country policy trends and methods to ensure the achievement of optimal value and access positioning for our pipeline, launch and in-market brands.
  The Candidate will be responsible identifying opportunities, prioritization and deployment of resources within their area of responsibility to ensure achievement of business objectives and product availability to patients.
  
  Main responsibilities
  Keeps abreast of policy changes in Japan/Korea healthcare systems and timely conduct policy analysis and communicates within the organization
  Pro-actively identifies and prioritizes market access opportunities supported by financially sound business cases in Japan/Korea
  Develop informed Japan/Korea market access objectives and strategies for both in-market and future products in alignment with local business objectives via successful communication and collaboration
  Develops and execute communication and engagement plans with such stakeholder groups important in the access process, e.g. payers, physicians, patient groups, associations, academic groups
  Develops local reimbursement dossiers /value proposition/value tools/policy tools and delivers to identified key stakeholders
  Interact with Global PHARMAR team to present the needs of the Japan/Korea payers in a timely manner and support their work deliverables.

  C区分及び定義変更案件に関する保険プロジェクトリード
  保険適用希望書の作成および厚生労働省との交渉、保険申請に必要なエビデンス収集やエビデンス作りを含む。
  保険申請に必要な費用対効果評価分析（該当製品のみ）
  保険戦略に基づく学会・KOLとのコミュニケーション
  既存製品の償還価格マネジメント
  医療技術評価提案の医学会との協働
  社内関係者への医療機器保険制度やその動向の周知
  医療機器産業会の活動
   当社のエビデンス作成戦略としてデータベースを用いた製品関連研究の立案、提案、実行
   国内エビデンスチームやHEMAデータ分析チームなどとの協働
   エビデンス普及戦略として価値の可視化を進めるためにHEMAツールの国内導入や独自開発

  業務内容

  This position plays a pivotal role in driving transformation in the company's supply chain, including sourcing optimization, process optimization, and digital transformation. As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager, he/she leads various global / local projects related to supply chain, including new system installation and CI program lead. He/she is responsible for optimizing supply processes, analytical capability building, and supports improving supply KPIs. This position would be required to come to office at least 40% of working days
  Main responsibilities:
  Analysis and CI (Continuous Improvement)Lead Japan sourcing strategy in collaboration with regional/global IE and business team. For specific agenda, conduct wholistic analysis and propose the best scenario with clear statement of pros and cons.
  Lead supply chain transformation initiatives to optimize end to end (sourcing to demand control) supply) value chain.
  Identify improvement opportunities to have effective and efficient processes in supply planning operation.
  Lead portfolio / SKU optimization process with business team (MKTG/Sales/Finance).
  Improve COGS/earning of product portfolio, collaborating with global team, sourcing unit, and business teams.
  Contribute to achieve SCM KPI (service Leve, NQC, inventory cash, logistics cost), collaborating with other managers and members in SCM division.
  
  Digital Project LeadLead supply chain digital projects (both global / local driven), ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.
  Drive digital transformation (process automation and data analytics) in SCM, in collaboration with DT team.
  
  Team EngagementContribute to team engagement and talent development of whole SCM team.
  Contribute to team engagement of transformation team, driving the supply chain transformation as the team.
  Lead x-functional supply chain transformation projects (listed above) in an engaging way.

  Pipeline Planning Manager, Demand Planning Manager, Logistics Manager, and Logistics Transformation Manager to drive continuous improvements in any supply chain processes and support SCM KPI achievements.

  業務内容

  We will entrust you with the development of programs that control the SSD manufacturing equipment. The control program consists of two types of programs: a platform program that controls the execution of the inspection equipment itself and the test script, and a test program that issues commands such as Write and Read to the SSD under test. You will be responsible for developing one of these programs.
  Main responsibilities:
  Main development flowObtain information necessary for program design based on the requirements specification issued by the SSD product designer. The final specifications are finalized through repeated meetings with the product designer about the details.
  Create a requirements specification document, and once completed, move on to coding.
  In parallel with the above, an evaluation plan will be created and the program will be verified to function. In addition to functional verification to see if it works according to the required specifications, various tests will be conducted on non-functional requirements such as abnormality handling and exception handling in preparation for the final release.
  
  Tools usedThe operating environment is Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu). C/C++ is mainly used as a programming language, with Python and Rust used as supplementary.
