- 【職務概要】【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】ソフトウェア設計開発全般を担い、ビジネス戦略及び顧客計画（防衛大綱／装備計画等）に基づいた要件を満たすために、業務の取り纏め者として、チームを率いて、またチーム間を調整し、ソフトウェアの設計・開発・実装・検証・保守を指揮し、ソフトウェアの設計開発に対して責任を負う。
ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワークなど情報通信分野についての一般的な知識を活用する。
所属する組織の方針に基づき、開発工程／品質の管理、プロジェクトメンバーの進捗管理、収支・資産の管理を行う。
【職務詳細】将来的には、顧客提案から細部仕様決定、設計／製造／納入／維持における進捗／品質管理まで、プロジェクトの取り纏め者として一気通貫してご対応頂くことを想定しています。具体的には下記2つの業務を主とします。
顧客提案／折衝顧客（主に防衛省殿／自衛隊殿）の計画（含防衛大綱／装備計画／課題／予算規模／ニーズ／最新技術動向）に応じ、当該システムが連接する関連システムともタイミングを合わせ、顧客にとってより良い提案とする必要があります。また、顧客提案内容を実現させるため、社内において、ロードマップを作成し、研究開発費の獲得／開発用機材の獲得／人員（含予算）の獲得を計画立案／実行する必要があります。
設計／製造／納入防衛の秘密を扱う場合があるため、設計情報の厳格な管理が必要となります。また、綿密な計画立案／実行／管理をしていく必要があります。この計画においては、ソフトウェアの進捗／品質／予算管理が含まれており、プロジェクト員を率い達成させなければなりません。
