  業務内容

  Manage customer satisfication of QCDDM for entire business
  Interfaces with customer up to management level
  Lead, plan and executes customer events with close coordination with internal stake holders
  Develop relationship with direct counterparts at the customer, and with the assigned contacts by the sales network
  Understand what competition is doing, and shares with internal cross funcitonal members for development or adjustment of customer strategies

  業務内容

  Main goal is to win strong level of businesses with new small mobility customers especially in the field of two wheelers
  Build and put in place the necessary strategy and associated action plan to achieve this goalComplement our market researches to identify the Small Mobility Players on the Japanese market and understand their strategy and needs
  Identify the customer contact matrix in all departments
  Organize the promotion of our products at the right people within the customer organization and mobilize teams (R&D, marketing,…)
  Communicate with HQ on the product & market needs
  Get prototype Purchase Order
  Ensure customer satisfaction
  
  Communicate and report internally the progress of business acquisition and on product and market needs
