  業務内容

   
  ■A renewable energy firm is looking for an FIP/CPPA Operation Manager
  ■
  The company focuses on renewable energy projects to protect the environment, ensure stable power supply, and engage communities. They own and operate wind power assets long-term, covering site selection, project development, procurement, construction, operation, and decommissioning.This position is crucial for managing electricity sales from wind farms. 
  ■Summary
  You will be responsible for a wide range of practical operations related to electricity and certificate trading within the asset management of wind farms.This includes everything from daily transaction management to monthly and annual reporting and financial settlement operations.
  ■Key Responsibilities 
  Electricity trading in wholesale power markets through energy managers 
  Settlement with energy managers and minimization of imbalance charges 
  Settlement of FIP premiums 
  Issuance and trading of non-fossil certificates and provision of certificate value to off-takers 
  Differential settlement with off-takers, i.e. virtual PPA 
   
  ■Other Asset Management Duties
  Budget planning and management, including expenses, investments, power generation (capacity factor), and sales
  Inventory, permits, licenses management, and development of operational manuals
  Execution and management of various contracts (grid connection, project finance, purchase orders) and insurance procedures
  Relationship and lease contract management with landowners, and community engagement
  Safety and HSE management, including coordination with regulatory authorities and municipalities
  Management of contracts with wind turbine manufacturers (TSA, MSA) and BOP contracts, and building in-house O&M structure
  Planning and implementing retrofits of wind turbines (main components, control systems) and maximizing power output through SCADA data analysis
  Collaboration with other departments (development, construction, accounting, finance)

  Main responsibilities:
  EngineeringOverseeing engineering work related to feasibility studies (FS) and front-end engineering design (FEED) for solar power and battery storage projects
  Identify project-specific risks and implement risk management to propose mitigation or avoidance measures
   Promotion of value engineering aimed at maximizing project safety and economic efficiency
  Evaluating the cost of new technologies and carrying out risk management associated with their adoption
  Study and planning to optimize construction sequences and logistics
  Improve overall quality, including performance, cost and schedule, of the entire project through stakeholder management with major EPCs, contractors and vendors
  
  Bidding/ContractPrepare bid packages for vendors, contractors and EPCs, oversee the bidding process, and perform bid analysis and evaluation
  Preparation and management of EPC contract-related documents, contract negotiations and conclusion

  Prior to construction phase, makes necessary preparation for site construction works:
  Provides technical assistance and support to contractors to ensure the proper understanding and application of company standards and procedures
  Issues and maintain site documents specifying temporary facilities, site team
  organization, execution plan covering schedule, quality, safety and site management
  Monitors and controls the construction activities and work performed by the construction Supervisors reporting and by the contractors
  
  Monitors and controls the progress of site activitiesOrganizes and conduct the transfer of responsibilities (work progress, quality, safety, site management) to Commissioning Manager
