- 業務内容
- Main Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling available to sell inventory regularly in alignment with appropriate departments.
Achieve KPI target such as forecast accuracy and on time delivery
Maintains SAP master data in line with local compliance set up (SoD)
LT management related with site operation
Project lead for new product launch
Assures inbound supply according to the monthly rolling forecast plan
Assures the appropriate level of stock for finished products, intermediates and packaging materials
Is responsible for short/mid (0-2 years) product supply plans in coordination with Atsugi and global sites
Takes the necessary steps to minimise inventory Write Offs based on forecast changes or over supply
Provides analytical input to Atsugi production planning and global sites for the finished and semi finished products`
Works closely with local customer service and WS management team ensuring optimum information flow between the company and customer
Proactively communicates with key stakeholders and engages to avoid supply shortages
Drives process improvements to share the best practice
Be able to lead cross functional meeting (IBP, S&OP, demand and supply review)
Is the first point of contact for global supply chain
Aligns on MRP parameter setting with Atsugi and Global team
Prepares weekly and monthly inventory reports and inbound updates to the team concerned
Participates and engages in APAC or Global projects

Develop monthly consensus sales forecast timely by collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Planning, Distribution Management and FinanceCustomer Service Level

Improve forecast accuracy through reviewing historical trends, soliciting inputs from various stakeholders,

Conduct analysis for lag gaps between plan and actuals and provide recommendations
Maintain the Economic Order Quantity, Economic Order Coverage and/or other parameters relating to replenishment planning in the various planning systems

- Main responsibilities:
Our company is fast growing business within Health &Wellbeing platform. One of the fastest growing & biggest markets in Asia will be South Korea. Meeting S. Korea consumer / customer expectation is critical for further Asia growth. This position is important to ensure the success of supply planning with new customers including new channels and new products (10-20SKUs in total).As for supply network, external manufactures (EMs) are critical business drivers adding current supply network from China or Europe. Asia business plans to expand utilization of EMs in Asia (outside China) by leveraging local sourcing benefits. This position manages some of logistics / supply planning roles related to new EMs.
Main responsibilities:
Inventory pipeline planning for South Korea marketPlan inventory pipeline and achieve good balance among service, capacity, Non-Quality cost and cash.
Calculate order volume and communicate to outside Korea sourcing factories enhancing systems (SAP, etc.)
Build constructive relationship with sourcing counterparts to maintain high operational quality and future improvement.
Track & Analyse Customer Service Level, Aging Inventory & Overall Inventory level, and drive improvement.
Be a good partner of Korea demand team to manage OOS risks and aging items.
Improve inventory pipeline planning process as mid-term objective.
Co work with the Korea supply team, providing necessary information timelyKorean domestic logistics (from custom clearance to delivery to customers) to be managed by the Korea supply team. This position will co work with them.
Provide custom clearance related document / information.
Raise inspection requests working with quality function.
Track & Analyse supply related cost (storage, handling, freight to customer, Custom Clearance, etc.) & KPIs (Logistics claims, etc.)
Update Inventory flight pass.
External manufactures related logistics / supply planning managementManage tuck delivery and export (Mainly buy ocean) related logistics with EMs and 3rd party suppliers.
Lead to manage some parts of supply planning such as (but not limited to) packages and raw materials, with EMs, suppliers and other planners in the company.
Contribute to the teamAttend SWAT (NPD related) meeting and input Korea SCM related topics, such as capacity, lead time, etc.
Active participation to brand activity as member of Korea team / Asia SCM team.
