  業務内容

  Procurement Management:
  Contract Administration: Prepare and negotiate contract for execution and administrate the changes.
  Cost Management:
  Prepare the project budget based on the agreed amount and items by all relevant parties.
  Prepare the cash flow projection based on the Project Budget and the contracts monthly.
  Process the monthly payment based on the contracts and Project Budget.
  Monitor the Project Budget regularly and report to the supervisor any potential cost over-run.
  Review and update the Project Budget with the Project Leader monthly.
  Payment Management:
  Collect and verify invoices
  Support invoice payment process
