業務内容

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee and strengthen the company’s financial and accounting functions, providing strategic financial insights to senior management. You will work closely with the Finance Director, FP&A team and the accounting team to manage daily operations and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial strategy.
Main responsibilities:

• Manage monthly closing of JGAAP, coworking with shared accounting team located in Tokyo
• Monthly IFRS reporting for global consolidation
• Weekly Cash flow analysis and forecast
• Support FP&A team to prepare management reports and financial analysis
• Annual tax filing preparation with Tax advisory firm
• Support Finance Director to acquire external financing and execution
• Preparation for external audit and tax audit when it necessary
• Improve and maintain internal controls and operational workflows
• Lead the system integration between SAP and consolidation report (Hyperion base)
• Supervise and develop junior finance/accounting staff

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting (listed or non-listed company)
• SAP HANA public cloud experience will make the candidate stronger
• BASWARE experience will be plus (electronic invoice processing)
• Business level English and Japanese
• Professional certifications (CPA, JCPA, USCPA, tax accountant, etc.)
• Familiar with AI tools
• Time management (prioritization, pursue both efficiency and accuracy)
• Team player, good communication skills
• Having an ambition for growth (his/her career and the company target)

• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills based on financial insights
