Are you an expert in maintaining the safety and integrity of industrial equipment and structures within a chemical plant? They are seeking an Asset and Process Safety Manager for their Coatings Plant who is dedicated to upholding their high standards of safety and operational excellence. In this role, you will guide and support their plant organization in all aspects of Process Safety, ensuring the continued reliability of their assets. Lead and mentor a team at the plant level as a specialist in Asset and Process Safety and Environmental Health and Safety. Main Tasks:

• 1. Asset management
  • ADP
    • Develop and update ADP(Asset Development Plan) based on ATP(Asset Target Picture) (CapEx plan, EHS plan, Maintenance plan, Digitalization plan)
  •  Maintenance
    • Develop, monitor and evaluate regular maintenance program and spare parts strategy with Site Engineering & Maintenance
    • Develop PM plan supported by maintenance team
    • Prepare and control maintenance budget based on the asset condition
    • Keep assets in good shape together with Maintenance team
    • Assessment of maintenance services
  • Asset integrity
    • Ensure equipment is designed, constructed, and installed properly, also maintained in good operating condition to minimize the risk concerned. (regular maintenance, function test, inspection)
    • Update and maintain P&ID, interlock list and equipment list
    • Lead team member on impelementing the relavant program to ensure the all the asset condition comply with related regulation, guidelines 
  • Asset Effectiveness(AE)
    • Introduce and lead AE activity in paint plant, and work to optimize utilization with related team
• 2. Investment project
  • Prepare Commission paper for investment project for approval
  • Conduct technical review within Paint Plant (with EC regional/global experts, if necessary)
  • Work with Site project team for priject implemetation
• 3. Process Safety
  • Lead and supervise the team members to develop and update plant safety concepts(including EPD)
  • Ensure plant/process safety
  • Monitor process safety performance of the plant
• 4. People development in the plant
  • Train, develop and evaluate the team member. Advise and monitor their performance including safety, security, employee relations, training. Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policies

応募条件

• Education:   University degree or equivalent on chemical engineering, chemistry or mechanical engineering filed
• Working Experience:   >10 years plant related experience
• Technical & Professional Knowledge:   chemical and/or engineering related knowledge, experience
• English (Proficiency level 0 - Poor, 10 - Excellent): Speaking 8, Writing 8
