業務内容

A leading company in the international exhibition industry, headquartered in the UK, is seeking an IT Security Manager.
As one of the largest exhibition organizers in Japan, the company hosts large-scale international trade shows, welcoming over 30,000 exhibitors and approximately 1.4 million visitors annually.
It provides a unique business matching platform across various industries.
As a member of the Digital Strategy Department, you will collaborate with the UK headquarters and other relevant departments to develop and operate security measures for the company's IT systems.
You will play an essential role as part of a great IT team, primarily led by the UK headquarters.

■Key Responsibilities：
・Conduct and manage regular security checks for company-managed applications
・Review and oversee security assessments for new supplier contracts and tools
・Respond to security incidents in coordination with legal and compliance teams
・Provide security awareness training for employees
・Develop security-by-design policies for IT tools
・Manage security compliance of external vendors
・Maintain close collaboration with the UK headquarters
※ Regular meetings (1–3 times per week) with IT security members at the UK headquarters

応募条件

■Requirements：
・Bachelor's degree or higher
・Experience in IT security-related roles
・TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent business-level English proficiency (able to participate in meetings without difficulty)
・Experience coordinating with business (user) departments
