業務内容

You will build applications for the purpose of understanding the product ecosystem, to better support customers in solving their development problems.
Main responsibilities:

• Development and testing of product applications which push the boundaries of the platform using the full product toolchain
• Design, build, and manage a variety of software for simulation, testing, integration, and validation of the product platform
• Define and follow best practices for product application development
• Build strong partnerships with product teams and adapt to changes as the platform evolves
• Use, evaluate, and give feedback on tools and platforms built by product teams
• Train and work closely with customers to deliver next-generation vehicle applications for production vehicles.

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• At least 3-5 years experience in software development in C/C++
• Experience in embedded software in robotics or automotive
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written Japanese & English
• Experience supporting customers in automotive, software or related industries

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with functional safety (ISO26262)
• Experience with software integration and testing
• Experience working in agile/scrum environment
• Experience in working with Japanese automotive OEMs
• Experience in modern C++( etc: C++11/14/17/20) is a plus

Team:

• The Software Engineering Platform Team's mission is to simplify software development and increase developer agility by creating tools and processes which enable novel uses of vehicles without compromising safety. 
• The product's Professional Services is a sub-team of Software Engineering Platform and exists to transform jobs, train organizations, customize software products, develop a customer helpdesk function, and prepare others for software implementation.
• You will report to Head of Professional Services and the role is hybrid - 3 days in office per week.
