業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Counseling cross-functional partners with a focus on IP risk analysis and risk mitigation strategies for potential products/inventions in view of patent landscapes in Japan
• Counseling development teams towards the development of IP with respect to the company's innovative products thereby providing the company with a competitive edge and protecting their IP in its products
• Supporting the Global At-Risk Launch process
• Assisting the Litigation team with respect to IP-related litigation
• Counseling with respect to opportunities for the new products.

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• More than 5 years experience of related job responsibilities in law firms / in inhouse
• Thorough knowledge, understanding and application of legal principles, theories and concepts in the IP field.
• Working knowledge of life-science industry practices.
