主要製造拠点をアメリカに持つ航空機、防衛、工業製品、医療機器などの市場において採用されてる制御システム・装置を開発・製造している企業です。同社の製品・システムは軍事用および民間用の飛行機の制御システムをはじめ、軍事用機器・装置における様々な制御装置として利用されているほか、工場機械や鉄道、医療機器における制御部品・装置として活用されています。

業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain & improve Quality Management System, complying with ISO9001 and AS9100 requirement and other “customer-specific” requirement.
• Handling of quality related issues including non-conformities found in house process and field.
• Lead or support frailer products handling process (internal) and Claim activity (external) to maintain the company's Quality Standard.
• Take care of customer audits, internal audits and external audits.
• Writing technical report, work procedure as needed (English, Japanese)
• Establish good relationship with customers.

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering operation is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Quality Assurance Engineer or Quality Control Engineering.
• Knowledge of both Public and Military Standard and regulations, e.g. JIS, MIL, ANSI, ISO9001, AS9100
• Customer oriented, Open-Minded with positive attitude for continuous changes
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
• Strong leadership for quality improvement
• Business level language capability both in Japanese and English
• Travel Requirements:Significant travel in domestically and occasionally US, UK and Asia for training purpose to maintain proper certification criteria

Preferred qualifications:

• Internal auditor is desirable.
• Experience with Special processes is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering (preferable)
