  業務内容

  This role is responsible for all activities of the supply of products which includes inventory planning, purchasing, transport coordination, tracking, defective handling and leading team members. It is also responsible for monitoring and analyzing the demand and supply situation on a tactical level and maintaining timely and accurate MRP related master data.
  Main responsibilities:
  Lead team members
  Drive continuous improvement activities on Planning & Inventory Control team
  Mentor and assist team members in expanding their skills sets and knowledge base of Inventory planning as an expert of demand planning area Purchasing, logistics coordination, and tracking
  Generate and modify purchase orders of products to Factories, Distribution Centers, and external vendors in a timely manner with strong collaboration with Delivery Fulfilment team and Sales, Service, and Marketing Division
  Track order status to ensure on-time goods issue from vendors
  Manage and coordinate the transport, tracking, and customs declarations of shipments
  Work closely with Warehouse Operations team to ensure stock to be received
  Arrange Quality Inspection schedule, and ready for ship on schedule
  Report, process, reconcile and manage received products’ discrepancies
  Process returns to vendors and manage collection of Credit Notes
  Create various reports such as back-order reports, critical orders, manufacturing schedules,inventory aging report, etc.
  Inventory Planning Develop planning policies for all responsible products
  Review inventory levels, customer orders/contracts and utilize MRP to plan replenishments 
  Set up regular S&OP meetings with stakeholders to get input of sales forecast, customer orders, new product introduction, material capacity limitation etc.
  Optimize inventory levels of stock items, in-transit etc according to expected service levels
  Monitor inventory obsolescence and take necessary measures such as scrapping
  Report the Sales Forecast to Global Demand Planner depending on information of Sales and Marketing Division
  Manage concerning documents
  Work closely with QcRM team for nonconformity or compliant materials and FCA cases
  Making payable vouchers

  業務内容

  The Senior Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining a stable supply through:Forecasting of mid-long term warehouse utilization
  Developing strategies to ensure appropriate warehouse capacity based on the forecast of warehouse utilization
  Setting appropriate stock level for each product
  Establishing operational processes to balance inventories between warehouses in short term by collaborating with key stakeholders (Pillars, BP&O, Finance, Demand planning, Supply planning, Logistics operations, CS and factory operation team)
  
  Main responsibilities:
  Develop company warehouse strategies to ensure appropriate warehouse capacity based on the forecast of warehouse utilization by taking initiative with logistics operation
  Control the short-term stock level among each warehouse to avoid out of stock by considering the cost of stock movement from warehouse to warehouse
  Optimize the stock management process among each warehouse by leading all end-to-end supply chain teams including supply planning, logistics operation, 3PL and CS.
  Establish appropriate inventory levels by closely working Pillars, Finance, demand planning, supply planning and logistics operations and review regularly
  Join S&OP processes as key participant to update warehouse capacity situation with action required and to support business activities
  Take the lead on mid-long term, supply stability action which is related to the Warehouse capacity and forecast of warehouse utilization. Periodically facilitate the communication session with the
  Pillar, BP&O, demand planning, supply planning and logistics operation and share the key points with transparency.
  Maintain the stock data between, Physical/ ERP / WMS to keep a data accuracy and take the initiative to follow-up on root causes analysis and work cross-functionally to work on the process improvement

  業務内容

  Main responsibilities:
  Build up the Procurement Program by dividing and leveling piece procurements
  Follow up the Procurement Program realization by managing alert systems and follow the unloading, receipt and transportation of pieces.
  Follow supplier delivery performance (supplier Misdeliveries Per Million) and the service of logistics partners and propose appropriate improvement action plans.
  Achieve the transportation program on a monthly basis and the transportation scheme semi-annually.
  Direct packaging management.
  Ensure that logistics conventions comply with purchasing objectives and support conditions set by suppliers for procurement and packaging and by logistics partners for transport and services.
  Verify that Sales and Production Plan (PIC) capacity requirements can be supported by suppliers and implement corrective actions when necessary.
