業務内容

1) SDS (Safety Data Sheet) creation, revision, registration, distribution2) Legal compliance (Publisher Control Law, Chemical Substance Control Law, Export Trade Control/Foreign Exchange Law, Safety and Health Law, Fire Service Law, etc.)3) Chemical substance management (chemical substance risk assessment)4) Responses to customer surveys
5) Lead for the other HSES activities (Support them at first)"Responsibility:1) SDS management- Create a new SDS for our product based on the US-English SDS or supplier's SDS upon request from other departments.- Revised SDS according to regulation changes and/or information from suppliers.- In-house registration and internal distribution of newly created or revised SDS.2) Legal compliance tasks (Submit applications for various permits)- Compatible with the Chemical Substances Control Law New chemical substance registration, small quantity new chemical substance application, etc.- Compliant with PRTR law: usage survey and reporting to government agencies/industry organizations- Compliant with Foreign Exchange Law/Export Trade Control Order Management of classification of import/export raw materials/products- Compliant with the Safety and Health Act New chemical substance registration and various notifications- Various notifications for Fire Service Act compliance3) Chemical substance management- Chemical substance management- Chemical substance risk assessment4) Answering inquiries from customers- Response to chemical substances of concern survey- Response to BCP status survey- Response to quality surveys5) Support for the other HSES activity- Support for PHA (Process Hazard Assessment)- Maintenance for the Emergency response tools- Support for Safety activity

応募条件

Experience: Experienced work in Safety management (team leader or supervisor) more than 3 years. Experienced work in related to chemical substance laws for more than 3 years.Experienced work in SDS creation Experience work using English< Operation experience >- Experienced in management task at a factory/laboratory- Experienced in treating inquiries task for chemical management and/or BCP from customers- Experienced in application/notification task to government agencies in response to laws and regulations.
< Stance/mind >- Stay calm and positive under pressure, can give reasonable judgment under such circumstances- Possible to study new matters, and can see new experiences as opportunities for own growth and working hard activities.- Has multitasking ability, and willing to work in Gemba- listen to the staff's opinion and negotiate after understanding the them position
