    業務内容:

    育成、評価:コンサルタントの人材育成(職階別、領域別など)、評価制度の改善・運用
    労務:個別労務案件、報酬制度企画・運用、勤怠管理、就業規則管理、雇用契約管理他
    DE&I:女性活躍、障害者雇用、パラデフアスリートのマネジメント他

    人事制度関連プロジェクト:社内方針の策定に向けたファクト収集・分析、人事各チームのタスク定義、プロジェクト体制の整備と実行(テーマは随時設定)
    オペレーション改善:給与・福利厚生、人事データ管理、人事異動対応に関する業務プロセス構築とDX化等

    Senior HR Manager Japan is the lead Japan HR team. This position will partner closely with business leaders in Japan, HR COE leads, HRBPs to implement HR programs and talent plans that support the business strategy, talent strategy and culture across client groups.
    Main responsiblities:
    Business Partnering (35%)Partner with business and functional leaders to maximize the performance of their organizations.
    Advise and consult on matters of total rewards, organizational development, organization design changes and cultural initiatives as needed to meet business objectives.
    Stay well connected to the business, developing a deep understanding of their business & strategy.
    Provide the guidance and leadership for the functions from an HR perspective whilst also translating the HR needs of the business to the CoE and Global HR team to deploy appropriate processes and programs in ways that bring value.
    Implement HR change management in line with global HR strategy.
