業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Development of CCM/MEA for mobile and stationary fuel cells, electrolyzes and batteries.
• Performing Tribological, Chemical measurements/analyses for our products.
• Material (mainly steels) measurements/analyses & evaluation of the properties.
• Coating analyses & evaluation of the properties.
• Creation of analyses results and/or analyses reports.
• Documentation and the retention of those R&D results.
• Check and follow relevant legislations and regulations.
• Contact person to HQ labs, Purchasing, Test lab, Application engineering and all related HQ departments.
• Responsible for proper conditions of related test equipment.
• Audit support.
• Responsible for cleanness, order and work safety at his workstation and the laboratory areas he/she is responsible for.
• Support management regarding on-the-job topics such as Energy, EH&S, process compliance, other administrative tasks and so on.
• Networking (with academia, suppliers in JP). 

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• University degree or more in preferrablly electrochemistry or chemistry, material sciences
• Several years of experience in development of stacks for fuel cells, electrolyzes and batteries.
• Teamworking spirit, negotiation skills and organizational skills with very flexible mindset.
• Customer centricity mind set.
• Familiar with general materials, surface analysis methods, Tribology, and their experiments/equipments
• Familiar with laboratory work safety.
• Good practical Information technology (IT) skills.
• Good English and/or German language skills with fluent Japanese
