  Inventory Management incl. 3PL communication, KPI tracking, cost optimization etc.
  Demo Machine and sample products Management
  Logistics Operation Management
  Trade Compliance Management for the outbound team
  Implementation of EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) tasks in daily business
  Co-Leadership of the warehouse outsourcing project for Safety Products
  Engagement in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  Leadership of the inventory to delivery team
  Collaboration with other departments
  
  業務内容：
  
  在庫管理、3PL(3rd Party Logistics)とのコミュニケーション、KPIの進捗管理、コストの最適化など
  デモ機とサンプル製品の管理
  物流オペレーションの管理
  アウトバウンド(出荷)チームの貿易コンプライアンスの管理
  日常業務におけるEHS (環境 健康 安全)タスクの実施
  Safety事業部製品の倉庫アウトソーシングプロジェクトにおけるコリーダーの役割
  業務効率向上のための取り組みへの関与
  在庫から配送までを管理するチームでのリーダーシップの発揮

  物流部門のリーダーとして以下業務の推進と組織運営をお任せします
  外食事業、FC事業、物販事業における流通（商物）に伴う業務。
  社内物流と社外流通の平行管理、各種の物流管理業務全般。
  NB購買／PB開発・販売・生産調整仕入／販売発注・請求業務・生産調整等
  現場（RC・FC加盟店、幹部）とのコミュニケーション、トラブル対応。
  サプライヤーとの商談及び調整、ベンダーコントロール業務。
