業務内容

As a Product Manager, your role is to define the vision and strategy for the product through market research and customer needs analysis, create requirements and roadmaps based on business demands, and collaborate with stakeholders and related departments to maximize customer value and achieve business goals through the product.

• Define the product vision, strategy, and KPIs
• Manage and operate roadmaps and backlogs
• Communicate and report with stakeholders and related departments
• Define specifications and document them
• Research and analyze user/partner challenges and identify key issues

※Japaneseプロダクトマネージャーとして、あなたの役割は、市場調査と顧客ニーズ分析を通じて製品のビジョンと戦略を定義し、ビジネスニーズに基づいて要件とロードマップを作成し、関係者や関連部門と協力して、製品を通じて顧客価値を最大化し、ビジネス目標を達成することです。

• 製品のビジョン、戦略、およびKPIを定義する
• ロードマップとバックログの管理および運用
• 関係者および関連部署とのコミュニケーションと報告を行う
• 仕様を定義し、文書化する
• ユーザー/パートナーの課題を調査・分析し、主要な問題点を特定する

応募条件

■Mandatory Qualifications:

• Experience in the e-commerce (EC) domain is preferred; extensive product management experience is required.
• Experience as a Product Manager (PdM).

• PdM経験
