業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for leading the development of our AI generation products as a tech lead.
• As this is a startup in its launch phase, you will handle a broad range of areas including backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.
• You may also have the opportunity to lead the launch of new products, in addition to managing existing ones.

• 生成AIプロダクトの開発業務をテックリードとして担当いただきます
• 立ち上げフェーズのスタートアップのため、バックエンド/フロントエンド/クラウドインフラと幅広い領域を担当いただきます
• 既存のプロダクトだけでなく、新規プロダクトの立ち上げなどもリードいただく可能性があります

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in leading a development team, or a similar role.
• More than 3 years of experience in developing web or mobile applications
• Passionate about delivering high-quality products that users love and continue to use
• Basic knowledge of networks and databases
• Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Currently residing in Japan and living within a commutable distance to the Tokyo office
• Development experience in a business company
• Japanese skills at N2 level or higher

必須要件：

• 開発チームをリードした経験、もしくは近い役割の経験
• Webアプリケーションまたはモバイルアプリケーションの開発の経験3年以上
• 多くのユーザーに利用され続ける、質の高いプロダクトを届けたいという思いがある方
• ネットワークやデータベース等の基礎知識
• アルゴリズム・データ構造の基礎知識
• 現在、日本在住で、かつ東京オフィスへ出社可能な場所に住んでいること
• 事業会社での開発経験があること
• 日本語スキル（N2レベル）以上
