• Develop and implement data management strategies and policies.
• Maintain and update data systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
• Create and maintain documentation for data management processes and procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff on data management best practices.
• Monitor data security and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support business decision-making.

応募条件

The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) principles, frameworks, and technologies, with hands-on experience across key data domains such as customer, vendor, material, and finance.
Proficiency in SAP MDG, data quality enforcement, stewardship practices, and data lifecycle management is essential to support enterprise-wide data integrity, compliance, and scalability.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, practices, and tools.
• Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Additional experience and knowledge in master data management.

■歓迎要件：

• Experience with BW and MDG knowledge
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI,SAC).
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
• Certification in data management or related fields with PMBOK knowledge is preferr

規模を問わず、本件と類似のプロジェクトへの参加経験があれば尚可ですが、プロジェクトメンバーとの協働にて、配属後にご経験を積んでいくことが可能です。
