業務内容

◆A Taiwanese IT company providing a music platform is hiring a Senior Legal Specialist◆
 This pioneering tech company, renowned for launching the first commercial music streaming platform, specializes in multimedia, cloud, and AI technologies.

• No Legal qualification required
• Work from office 4 days a week

 ▼Job Overview:

• As a legal representative of the Japanese corporation, you will work closely with the Taiwanese legal team to oversee all legal affairs for the Japanese corporation.
• You will be assigned to the Taiwanese legal and compliance team (working in the Tokyo office).

 ▼Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and amending contract documents (license-related, system development-related, system maintenance-related).
• Support up to contract conclusion and contract management in both English and Japanese.
• Optimizing internal control systems, internal communications (especially between group companies), and corporate compliance.
• Support for preparation of corporate governance and other related legal requirements, investment projects, and due diligence execution.
• Communication with affiliated lawyers.

▼Requirements

• Work experience as a corporate legal professional in a related industry
• Fluent English Skill
• Business level or higher Japanese Skill

 ▼Preferred conditions

• Legal experience in the IT industry
• Knowledge and practical experience in intellectual property law, copyright law, and Internet technology-related law.
• Flexible and creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
