業務内容

インフラ部門のマネージャーとしてピープルマネジメントにとどまらず、CTOと連携しながらITへの投資計画を立案するなど、インフラ環境を積極的に整えていただきたいと考えています。
例：例えば・・・・セキュリティ対応やアカウント管理の自動化を推進し、効率的なワークフローを構築・セキュリティ戦略の策定と標準化の推進・既存システムの課題改善や様々な自動化・インフラ管理・インフラ部門のプランニングとチーム全体のパフォーマンス評価／ピープルマネジメント※複数のサービスがAWSを使って稼働しています。
As a manager of the Infrastructure Dep, don’t hesitate to actively enhance the infrastructure environment by not only managing people but also collaborating with the CTO to develop investment plans for IT.
Followings are what you will be accountable for:・Promote security measures and account management automation to build efficient workflows・Formulate security strategies and promote standardization・Improve issues in existing systems and various automation・Infrastructure management・Planning for the infrastructure department and evaluating the overall team performance / People management* Multiple services are running on AWS at this company.

必須条件：

• インフラ環境での業務経験7年以上
• インフラ部門のリーダー経験
• ピープルマネジメントの経験

• スクラムマスターやプロジェクトマネージャーとしての進行管理経験
• セキュリティ対応やアカウント管理の自動化に関する知識と経験
• グローバルな視点での業務経験
