As a Group Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of their global brands, shaping innovative strategies that resonate in the market. ●Responsibilities:Ownership of the brand strategy and vision- Develops the omnichannel brand strategy in a B2B, B2C and business centric approach
- Develops a growth plan and implements, including price strategy - Develop overall product launch plan while validate campaigns, ensures brand equity consistency across touchpoints
- Supervise O+O marketing plan and cycle, align with entities - Supervises POS, Salon strategies Must Have Experience
- Prepare launches plans, briefings and reportings with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage sales forecasts with channel owners
- Create forecasts for new products, launches
- Manage A&P in agreement with Brand head Team development
- Manage marketing team, including product team
- Build a high performance team and create a collaborative, inclusive place to work Collaboration Work with local corporate team, regional (Zone), global teams to share and adapt activations, frames
