Main responsibilities:
- HR Programs: Primary owner of key HR programs including Talent Review, Performance Management, Compensation Planning and Engagement Survey.
- HR Policy and Process: Provide expertise on HR policy and contribute to the creation or improvement of HR policies and process.
- Recruitment: Responsible for Headcount planning and recruiting activities, including on boarding and new hire orientation.
- Business Partnership: Function as a trusted advisor to the organizations, management, and leadership team by building relationships and providing thoughtful counsel to support organization business strategy and initiatives.
- Talent Development: Identify key talent development needs and implement solutions to support the overall effectiveness of the business and to increase employee engagement.
- Employee Lifecycle: Support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, managing employee relations, driving employee development and employee offboarding.
- HR Projects: Consult with the business and HR team to deliver on various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Minimum requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years HR experience in Hi-tech industry in multi-national companies with exposure to Sales and Technical engineer team;
- Extensive knowledge and practical application of Japan local employment laws;
- Solid experience working independently and interact with union;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent oral and written English are a must;
- Familiar with HRIS system, Workday or SAP is preferred;
- Bachelor degree in Business or Human Resources major, overseas education background is a plus;
