Main responsibilities:
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Exceed revenue projections through indirect/direct sales
- Lead and motivate sales to maximize efficiency & business results
- Invest in employee development & engagement
- Create and execute business plans
- Identify business opportunities & initiatives in the region
- Deliver regional forecasts
- Reports and analytics on regional sales results
- Assist in building stronger software product roadmap by sharing market feedback
- Build strong relationships with partners and OEM’s in the region
- 25-50% travel

Minimum requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the software industry.
- Proven track record of success in selling software (ideal) solutions in the area of PLM, CAD, Metrology, and Reverse Engineering.
- APAC Market: In-depth understanding of the APAC market, including its unique cultural nuances and business practices.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams across diverse APAC countries.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in the manufacturing and engineering industries.
- Language Skills: English, Japanese Additional Desirable Experience:
- International Sales: Experience working in a multinational environment and managing cross-border sales teams.
- Experience working with channel partners and distributors in the APAC region.
- Cross-Cultural Competence: Understanding of different cultures and ability to adapt to diverse work environments
