業務内容
The project team is a small but elite team of about 5-8 people, including the client's development team. The teams are always accompanied by one senior engineer with even higher technical skills, and are structured so that individuals can improve their skills through pair programming, etc. We expect you to approach development with a long-term perspective, rather than just writing code and being done with it.
Main responsibilities:
  • As a software engineer, you will be working with high-level members to perform the following tasks:
    • Work with approximately 5-8 team members to come up with software solutions
    • Support product development and develop in-house solutions ・Develop and manage highly functional systems, databases and applications
    • Write high-level APIs and convention code
    • Test software
    • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
    • Understand and apply best practices for security and data protection
    • Write technical documentation.
  • Development environment
    • Languages: Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, C#, etc.
    • Frameworks: Spring, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, .NET Framework, etc.
    • Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Development Structure
    • We adopt agile development, which is rare in the Japanese financial industry where waterfall development methods are mainstream.
    • Since we basically have direct contracts and receive consultations at the upstream process stage, in many cases the project has not yet been decided at the start, and we may select technology in consultation with the client's development team.
    • You will be able to work from the initial stages through delivery to users, including "understanding specifications," "design," "implementation," "testing," and "deployment."
応募条件
Minimum requirements:
  • Experience in one or more of the following frameworks or languages: Spring (Java or Kotlin) Vue.js or Nuxt.js or Quasar Go
  • C# .NET, ASP .NET Terraform or OpenTofu AWS CDK
  • 3+ years of experience as a software engineer or similar role
  • Business level Japanese (N2 or above)

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience using AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Team development experience
  • Conversational level of English
  • Experience with new product development projects (experience participating in projects from the concept stage)
