業務内容

A global and popular asset management company is looking for an IT Director. You will be managing couple of Countries within the Asia Pacific Region.
Main responsibilities:

• Advocating and implementing global tech initiatives at local level
• Ensure alignment between local tech team and global/ regional teams
• Attend global and regional tech leadership meetings
• Coaching and mentoring as appropriate
• Participating in interviewing, performance evaluation and disciplinary action if needed
• Promoting staffs’ successes & achievements; escalating concerns to Regional Tech Head
• Ensure active dialog between Tech and business on strategic priorities, execution, and expectation levels
• Represent All-Tech in local business management meeting; board meeting or regulatory meeting as necessary

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Around 10 years of IT Manager/Director experiences including manging local/global teams within any Financial Companies.
• Fluent Japanese & English.
• Be able to maintain/promote a high performance culture.
