業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Head Office Reporting Preparation & Presentation
  • Weekly Flash Report highlighting Sales Volume & Revenue by Customer
  • Running Cash Flow & Treasury Related Reports submitted 7th business day of each month
  • Running YTD Financials submitted 5th business day of each month
  • Running What If PL Reforecast submitted at the end of each quarter
  • Budget Financials for the following fiscal year submitted each Mid-September
  • Commercial Information Analysis highlighting: 1) By Major Customer Sales Volume & Price 2) By Major Supplier Volume & Cost submitted at the end of each quarter.
• Financial Analysis
  • Analysing budget vs actual result variances, identifying trends, and synthesizing conclusions
  • Ad Hoc analysis to address specific strategic issues
  • Aligning with sales and other departments to assist in optimizing cash flow and management within the business unit
• Finance & Accounting Division Management & Oversight
  • Oversee Finance & Accounting Functions for the following:
    • Cash flow projection process & reporting
    • Annual budget process coordinating with the respective departments
    • Auditing process and other functions requested upon by the CEO, Head Office, or Government functions
    • Regulatory and tax compliance filings liaising with Tax Consultant
  • Periodic cost management review with the goal of maximizing cost efficiencies / optimizing costs
  • Periodic review for improving accounting process to maximize efficiency and identifying non-critical accounting processes which may be outsourced to optimize costs
  • Staff management & development for the Finance & Accounting team including performance evaluation reviews, career plan development, temp./contract staff management, and other needs requested as the division manager.

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of extensive experience in financial accounting, planning, analysis, management control, Business Planning, Cash Flow, financial sustainability etc., with managerial experience with direct subordinates.
