業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based solutions.
• Maximize the value for the Company's Japan Information Technology from technical/infrastructure viewpoints by applying best in class IT architecture disciplines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud architecture best practices.
• Collaborate with Group on infrastructure standardization (global initiatives) and represent Japan and our local constraints/specificities.
• Provide hands-on architecture and solution guidance to solution architects embedded in the tribe(s) to the target IT architecture roadmap and standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the platforms.
• Identify and manage enterprise-wide technical debts.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud platform design and implementation.
• Define and maintain cloud platform standards, policies, and procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud services, tools, and technologies to meet business needs.
• Ensure the alignment of cloud architecture with the organization's overall technology strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement of cloud platform capabilities and performance.
• Mentor and coach junior members of the cloud platform architecture team

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Around 5 years’ experience in overall architecture discipline (Applications, Data, Technical, Security...)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Extensive experience in cloud platform architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud solutions.
• In-depth understanding of cloud architecture best practices and principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Business level Japanese (N2) minimum is required (for non-natives)
• Business level English is required (for non-natives)

Preferred qualifications:

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred.
• Master's degree preferred
