• Management skills Presentation skills (documentation, communication)
• Overall optimization thinking for corporate operations and systems

Preferred qualifications:

• A person who is able to constantly explore and consider new methods without being bound by existing methods of proceeding.
• Experience in project planning for business process reform and system implementation
• Experience in system implementation projects from requirements definition to release
• Experience in managing members and development partners and promoting projects
• Work experience in accounting and human resources and general affairs
• Experience in building/renovating accounting and human resources systems, etc.
• Technology and digital knowledge
