Our client is primarily engaged in the in the field of security solutions for the automotive market.
- Managing Sales activities covering the following main tasks:
- Market analysis.
- Customer Contracts.
- RFIs, RFQs, Feasibility, Quotations.
- Sales Budget (in terms of Revenue and Gross Margin).
- Sales Plan/ Forecast/ Firm Orders (in terms of Revenue and Gross Margin).
- Customer Satisfaction Survey.
- University Degree in Engineering or Economical
- 3 to 5 years of commercial and/or technical experience in the Automotive environment industry (OEM).
- Familiarity with Quotation process on OEM business.
- Familiarity with Financial figures.
- Familiarity with Vehicle development cycle and Quality management.
- Technical knowledge: Electronics, Mechanics
- Fluent in English (writing and verbal, TOEIC >750). Italian is a Plus.
- Skills in communication and reporting with complex and multinational companies (Car Manufacturers or Tier 1 Suppliers).
- Skills in product presentation, product pricing, negotiation, commercial contract definition.
- Willing to travel, passionate about customer management and vehicle project.
- Informatics knowledge: Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes (MS Project and ERP_AS/400 are a plus).
- Knowledge of ISO-TS 16949 is a plus.
