業務内容

• Providing general and technical support for OS and Group standard applications specialized applications 
• Communicating and applying corporate security policies 
• Ensuring compliance with mandatory corporate standards and rollout of new infrastructure systems under supervision 
• Maintaining hardware and software inventories 
• Providing direct and remote user support for troubleshooting and arranging repairs if necessary 
• Arranging IT purchases and liaison with vendors 
• Communicating with regional and corporate IT
• Creating and maintaining IT documentation 
• Providing general support of some other office functions, as needed 
• Applying all the protocols and tools defined by Group IT, (Incidents, Problems, Service Request, etc.) 
• Leading and implementing local Infrastructure project to achieve successful result of major infrastructure changes 
• Providing support for infrastructure projects in a timely manner, on budget, and according to the service level required
• Managing infrastructure operations for all related companies in Japan based on best practices and Group standards 
• Consulting and developing solutions related to infrastructure architecture 
• Generalizing local Infrastructure service to support all sites in Japan with appropriate audit/projects in place and Group standards

応募条件

Essential Requirements：

• 3+ years working experience and excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure area especially in Windows based Server, NetApp, VMware, NetBackup solution 
• Experience of Active Directory domain-based environment, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 
• General understanding of TCP/IP and networking 
• Excellent hands-on Project Management proven experience 
• Business level in both written and spoken English 
• Quickly adaptable to organizational changes 
• Excellent communication skills, user and result focus, Ability to coach others 
• Analytical skill and self-starter 
• Highly motivated and ability to manage multitasks

Requirements that would be nice to have： 

• Working Experience at foreign company 
• Experience of working in Industrial company
