業務内容

You will be responsible for the role of Manager in the "CTO Office" Accounting Product Department. It is currently focused on driving a project to unify master data used in each product as one of its recent tasks.
Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and migrate the Master Data Common Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with on-site leadership for effective project management.
• Direct and oversee collaboration with the Vietnam development team.
• Supervise and strengthen the development team, fostering successors and cultivating next-generation leaders through recruitment and performance evaluations.
• Evaluate and implement initiatives to enhance both engineer satisfaction and the overall developer experience.

• Application: Ruby on Rails, Go
• Database: MySQL(Aurora)
• Infrastructure・Middleware: AWS(ALB, S3, SQS, ElastiCache, EKS...), GCP (BigQuery, Firese, GKE), nginx, envoy, memcached, Redis, kafka, kibana, elasticsearch, Fulentd,Docker,Kubernetes,Datadog,Rollbar

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in project management.
• At least 5 years of experience in web service development as an engineer.
• Language Requirement
  • English: Fluent in both written and spoken
  • Japanese: Conversational level

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in developing and operating web services using Go
• Experience with services that have demanding non-functional requirements.
• Experience with large-scale traffic systems or B2B SaaS solutions
• Experience in a microservices development environment.
