業務内容

CSR Export is part of SCP (supply Chain Planning) department, and it will work closely with Production Planners and Logistics Operations. In summary, you will be the window person from the Manufacturing Plant and find the best way to provide the best service to the customer. There is a lot of demands, and will face difficult situations, but when you overcome those issues and receive good feedback from the customer is fulfilling. After Excel CSR Export function, there are a lot of career possibilities in the Supply Chain.If you are looking for a new challenge and you are a lifelong learner, you are right for this job.Looking forward to meeting you.
Main responsibilities:

• Mainly you will be dealing with the Import Team from the Overseas Supply Chain Hub (SCH) to adjust shipment mode and being the bridge from the Manufacturing Plant to the Customer. It will require a high level of communication and negotiation skills to deal with different requests and find the best solution for the customer and MFG.

Minimum requirements:

• Knowledge in Improvement Process (Kaizen)
• Negotiation and communication skills
• System: SAP / Opcenter / APS
• Speaking / Listening / Writing / Reading skills in English and Japanese are required. *Position will mainly deal with overseas customers by email or Teams Meeting

Preferred qualifications:

• Export/Import/Logistics experience
