業務内容

The SW Project Manager is responsible for managing, planning and technical activities of software development from the design phase to the complete integration, validation and start of production of the project.
Main responsibilities:

• Contributes to the definition of the software methodology in accordance with SW Dpt Manager.
• Ensures the correctness and the execution of the technical design reviews of projects.
• Manages project status progress, tasks, etc.
• Validates and optimizes the workload plan for projects.
• Drives weekly meetings with the team.
• Contributes to the identification of the required standard bricks in accordance with SW Manager.
• Contributes to the identification of the required standard
• tools in accordance with SW Manager.
• Contributes to the capitalizations and the required evolutions to improve development processes.
• Contributes to the identification of the required make or buy strategy in accordance with SW Manager.
• Manage the SW Planning and action plan.
• Manage the change management of projects and prepare the SW CCB
• Manages Requirements
• Ensures the correctness of application standards.
• Defines project budget
• Follows up and tracks the budget and updates the 3 months forecast view of projects.
• Contributes to the R&D efficiency plan of projects in accordance with SW Team Leader.
• Reports progress, technical reviews, and issues of the project to SW Dpt Manager and R&D Project Technical manager (PTM).
• Attends weekly meeting swith SW Dpt Manager and R&D PTM.
• Support the R&D PTM in project reviews when needed.
• Participates in the SW Dpt Monthly Meeting.

• プロジェクトの技術設計レビューの正確さと実行を保証
• プロジェクトのステータス、進捗状況、タスクなどを管理
• プロジェクトのワークロード計画を検証して最適化
• チームの週例会議をリード
• SWマネージャーに従って必要な標準ブリックスの識別に貢献
• SWマネージャーに準拠した必要な標準ツールの特定に貢献
• 開発プロセスを改善するために、資本化と必要な進化に貢献
• SWマネージャーに従って必要な製造または購入戦略の特定に貢献
• ソフトウェア計画とアクションプランを管理
• プロジェクトの変更管理を行い、SW CCBを準備
• 要件管理を行う
• 標準の適用の正確さを保証
• プロジェクトの予算を定義
• 予算の見直し、プロジェクトの 3 か月の予測を更新
• SWチームリーダーに従ってプロジェクトのR&D効率計画に貢献
• プロジェクトの進捗状況、技術レビュー、および問題をSW DptマネージャーとR&D PTM( Project Technical Manager)へ報告
• SW DPTマネージャーおよびR&D PTMとの週例会議に出席
• 必要に応じて、プロジェクトレビューでR&D PTMをサポート
• SW 部門月例会議に参加

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Engineering degree in Embedded Real-time systems development
  • C language
  • MBD
  • Architecture Temps réel
• Proven knowledge of OSEK, AutoSAR
• 10-15 years of experience in embedded software development and associated testing
• Japanese level: business
• English level: business
• Management experience
• Excellent communication and strong leadership skills
