業務内容

Contribution to business:

• Support and price negotiations to determine equipment, services, and supplies necessary forhealthcare purchases ( direct materials : items to be delivered to customers ) .
• Collaborate with internal departments on industry and vendor information to procure the optimal product at the appropriate price and in the required quantity

Continuous process improvement:

• Proposals based on order history analysis, commercial flow improvement, product characteristics, and processes
• Proactive communication with internal and external parties, elimination and improvement of unnecessary processes, shortening of delivery times, and standardization

Purchasing strategy planning and implementation:

• Formulation and implementation of purchasing strategies from the perspective of internal departments, product characteristics, and vendors

People management:

• Development of subordinates (5 or more ) , construction of purchasing organization, human resource development and organization formation from nothing

• Medical Accessory Purchasing Strategy - Implement a strategy that considers cost optimization and delivery from a long-term perspective.
• Strategy includes appropriate purchasing activities through industry research, product specifications, supplier information, sales channels and bargaining power.
• Construction Purchasing Strategy - Formulation of supplier strategy for approximately 300 renovation projectsper year from a comprehensive perspectiveThrough cost analysis and cost reduction activities, we willcontinue to improve strategies for each region and construction work category, while communicating with suppliers while sharing information on VA/VE activities and best practices, together with internal departments .
• Supplier Management- Evolve the supplier management process throughindustry research, candidate supplier narrowing, requirements organization and RFP/RFQ preparation, and supplier evaluation.
• Understand the necessary processes such as company regulations and implement them in practice.
• Bargaining power - Prepare and negotiate the right product to maximize cost contribution.
• Conduct negotiations that consider the company's roadmap and productivity when negotiating.
• Collaborate with suppliers with other departments and superiors, and have the bargaining power to carry out procurement at an appropriate cost on the requested delivery date.
• Negotiations are conducted using data such as market prices and standard unit prices.

応募条件

• More than 10 years of procurement and purchasing experience ( manufacturing or construction/equipment industry )
• More than 5 years experience in trading company, production management, production technology, project management
• Over 5 years of purchasing organization management ( management experience )
• High communication skills (smooth internal and external communication)
• English proficiency ( for business communication with Global Team ) [welcome experience]
• Data, cost analysis, vendor management
• Improvement activities, Lean activities
• Procurement strategy formulation, implementation and management
