業務内容

• We are responsible for identifying, evaluating, selecting and delivering goods and services across the globe that are cost effective, compliant, innovative, sustainable and reliable.
• We accomplish this by executing effective strategic processes, including category management, supplier management and sourcing projects, all supported by efficient procure to pay processes.
• Support sourcing manager to manage the sourcing and procurement lifecycle of indirect procurement categories in Japan, including identify needs, conduct pre-project planning, define projects, collect internal and external data, perform strategic analysis and identify opportunities, formulate procurement strategies and develop implementation plans.
• Develop and manage competitive sourcing process including 'RFI’s', 'RFP’s', and 'RFQ’s.'
• Facilitate the vendor selection process with appropriate stakeholders, provide management/executive updates on status and report out of results of sourcing process.
• Track and present benefits and savings associated with sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain a complete understanding of each categories in Japan Market and appropriate vendors and their offerings, conduct industry and Market research to understand sourcing trends, best practices, and leading vendors in associated categories and markets
• Lead/Facilitate contract development, negotiation and execution process with legal department and key business stakeholders
• Interface with legal, finance, and other internal resources to ensure compliance with all their policies and procedures
• Develop and implement Supplier Relationship management processes, policies, and practices consistent with their indirect sourcing standards
• Work across groups to Support implementation of efficient P2P process

応募条件

• 3 - 6 years procurement/sourcing experience in a comparable organization
• Demonstrate competence in negotiation and cost analysis of high value complex services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills throughout all levels of an organization
• In-depth Experience of Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Strategic Supplier Management
• An excellent understanding of the end to end Procurement process including experience of Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
• Relevant detailed category knowledge
• Strong project management skill and move project forward
