業務内容

• Develop digital marketing strategy for local marketing channels
• Manage local agencies to drive growth in performance marketing channels in alignment with global strategy
• Ensure sales targets are achieved and plan/manage the marketing budget accordingly
• Optimize ROAS/ROI of advertisement, SEO, Display, paid media etc on all relevant channels
• Complete weekly and monthly sales reports accurately & analyze Japan market trend/ consumers’ behaviour
• Enhance the website content and flow to grow the customer usage, traffic and conversion rate
• Improve the localization of e-commerce and enhance customer’s experience on our website.
• Lead CRM strategies and activities by collaborating with global team
• Manage ad-hoc projects

応募条件

• University degree, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, business administration or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, data analytics, and advertising platforms
• Proficient in Google Analytics
• Highly analytical and well-structured in problem solving and presentation
• Ability to work under pressure, quickly adapt, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Native Japanese & Business English is mandatory
• Entrepreneurial mindset & self-motivated
