- Develops existing and finds new sales accounts in accordance with the strategy agreed by the Business Unit GS and it’s Business Lines EIS (Electronic and Industrial Solutions)
- Acts as sales and technical solution provider for customers in Japan with respect to the products of the above mentioned BL EIS, involving the global organization
- Conducts customer visits and reports both technical and commercial results, issues, action items to the Business Lines and disciplinary organization
- Conducts daily technical support work in coordination with all stakeholders
- Resolves customers complaints by collaborating with local and international functions
- Aligns all necessary functions and ensures common understanding by sharing progress and jointly discussing new findings in the organization.
- Support senior sales managers in regard to commercial aspects w.r.t. above mentioned sales portfolio
- Interacts with local Customer Service to ensure ordering of material and delivery to the customer
- Develop and grow existing and find new sales accounts
- Achieve financial KPIs w.r.t. sales performance and support to set KPIs and financial forecasts
- Developing of new strategic businesses covering multiple industrial segments
- Resolving of customer complaints
- Adding value to bridging Japanese and international business cultures
- Conducting domestic customer visits with local and global managers

- University graduate: Major in technical studies Mechanical, Electric, Chemical Engineering preferred
- English level: business level (TOEIC >700)
- 3 years of technical sales engineer in ceramics or semicon related material / industrial companies
- Experience with EPI system manufacturer preferred
