業務内容
Marketing & PR:
  • Promote the Brand in Japan, and translate its DNA and codes into press activities
  • Localize global plans to effectively cater to local needs
  • Propose and Plan 360 Marketing & PR plans to sustain the brand, execute annual strategy and activities in line with their Marketing and PR team
  • Work closely with the HQ to ensure that a cohesive local Marketing and PR strategy is skillfully and commercially well executed
  • Plan and Manage entire Marketing, PR, Retail event, and CRM budget and present the plan to HQ for approval
  • Manage joint promotions with third parties and seek for new opportunities relevant to the Brand
  • Recruit and Collaborate with external venders and agencies to execute and develop marketing events, projects.
  • Manage and operate digital marketing plans and social media (LINE official account) aligned to HQ planning
  • Plan and propose, Advertising manage campaigns plans (both online and offline) to achieve both marketing and commercial objectives
  • Manage content for DPT promotions (product selection, fill in application and communicate directly to department store in line with local Sales Team)
Press:
  • Weekly Media coverage report to HQ PR team and to store
  • Press Sample management, to PR agency, loaning between Asia regions
  • Work closely with PR agency to maintain consistent exposures
  • Plan and Conduct Press open house (Seasonal) in collaboration with a PR agency in conjunction with proceeding with HQ for venue scouting, Setup and decorations.
  • Department store media control including lending samples, visual and text validation and release date
  • Attend the seasonal collection show, guests RSVPs, and create full report to HQ
  • Answer day-to-day enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations
  • Establish and maintain close and strong relationships with editors, stylists, celebrities, opinion leaders, freelance journalists and others in fashion industry to attract and reinforce the brand image by introducing new collections seasonally.
  • Handle sample borrowing requests from magazines; build relationships with media and PR channels
  • Formulate press releases in both Japanese and English and/or translate
  • Celebrity and KOL selections for effective exposures and endorsement
  • Gifting Plans and delivery
  • Pitch media for tie ups and campaigns aligning with global PR plans
Media buying:
  • Digital, OOH etc.
  • Coordination with their media
Advertisement:
  • AD visual request to HQ and coordination with local media
Digital Marketing:
  • Special project (ex. Tali activation etc.)
  • Attending Asia digital meeting
  • LINE OA planning and operation, assets preparation coordination with HQ and newsletter planning
Event&Project (PR Events, Store Events, and Retail events):
  • Manage event agencies to execute media / PR activities
  • Develop and implement event strategies in conjunction with HQ to increase brand awareness and brand identity with target market and ensuring consistency with the global brand image including Planning and creating a full 360 degree planning deck for all departments.
  • Execute all marketing events working closely with wholesales partners and Retail stores
  • Submit a thorough report after all event execution
  • Keep an updated database of all event suppliers (production companies, restaurants, event venues, night clubs, etc)
CRM:
  • Manage and maintain CRM programs and other customer loyalty initiatives
  • Analyze customer data base monthly/quarterly /for Store Manager Meeting
  • Work together with retail stores to effectively manage and use customer database (contact directly to stores)
  • Work closely with HQ on global CRM projects and initiatives
  • Distribute mail magazine and digital contents
  • Local news letter planning (validated by HQ)
  • Emailing list request to HQ
  • Review of emailing
  • Instore event & store event Planning, organizing and implementing, as well as working closely with VMD manager for installations and setup
  • Stationary productions (DM, Customer Card, store cards, staff name cards, envelops)
  • GWP planning (validated by HQ) and production, and delivery

  • University Degree
  • Strong Influential skills
  • 5 years minimum of PR / AD Management in Fashion business.
  • Familiarity with analyzing and understanding market trends
  • Ability to adapt to different environments
  • Negotiation, analytical, and planning/organization skills
  • Problem solving
  • Self-learner and self-starter
  • Proactive in proposals
  • Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization
  • Proven interpersonal skills, ability to remain calm under pressure
  • PC skills Microsoft Office - (Excel/Power Point/Word)
  • Familiar with Digital tools
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • English, Japanese at a business level both spoken and written
  • Presentation skills
