業務内容

• Perform quality assurance and product assurance activities related to the development process (including but not limited to design, manufacturing, inspection and testing, shipping, and on-orbit operations) and service delivery for product and service spacecraft systems (including satellites, onboard equipment, and ground systems).
• Perform product assurance program activities (PA activities such as reliability management, quality control, and safety management) and technical decision-making for each project.
• Participate in project activities as Project QA and implement activities according to the Project Product Assurance Plan (PA-Plan).
• Perform supplier management from a quality perspective as part of supplier chain management (SCM).
• Conduct on-site presence during manufacturing and testing, including at supplier sites.
• Implement responses to non-conformances, anomalies, and failures during inspection, manufacturing, testing, and operations. (e.g., event identification, root cause identification, follow-up on corrective action status, review, reporting, record keeping, etc.)
• Establishment of processes, quality control operations, certification activities, and maintenance of certification in conformance with the requirements of the "JIS Q 9100" quality standard.
• Execution of planning, execution, checking, and evaluation of quality assurance program activities based on the quality management system (QMS) of the AS/EN/JIS Q 9100 standard, which is an aerospace global quality system requirement. (PDCA cycle)
• Performs other duties as directed by superiors.

応募条件

• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and product assurance for system or equipment development in the aerospace or automotive industry.
• Technical competence and ability to perform general quality assurance tasks related to high quality and reliability system products.
• Knowledge of quality assurance management systems (QMS), knowledge and practical experience in quality engineering and reliability engineering in general
• Ability to deal with customers in customer satisfaction (CS) oriented manner
• Management skills to ensure organizationally and adherence to budget and schedule plans
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in plans and schedules as they arise in the course of business operations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak business English (TOEIC level 700 or above)

Desirable Skills:

• At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance and product assurance for system development (including component materials, equipment, sub-systems, and systems) in the space industry or other industries
• Experience participating in overseas projects in the aerospace industry
• Technical English and technical negotiation and communication skills in advanced business English
• As part of supply chain management (SCM), participate in the management and supervisory review activities for suppliers (including suppliers and subcontractors) in cooperation with related purchasing and engineering departments. Through these activities, build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, thereby contributing to quality assurance.
• Operate defect handling (event confirmation, investigation of causes, and follow-up of corrective action status), review, report, and record management for defects, abnormalities, and malfunctions that occur in the receiving inspection, manufacturing, testing, and operational phases.
• Witnessing and supervising on-site work including manufacturing and testing at the company, suppliers, and related testing facilities
• Checking & reviewing quality record documents and data collected through quality assurance activities, and supplemental management
• Supervised of product quality assurance program activities (PA activities including reliability management, quality control, and safety control) conducted by quality assurance staff of individual projects, as well as conducting necessary reviews and approvals.
• Promotion of company-wide quality improvement activities (KAIZEN activities)
• Contribute to the company's business plan by planning and managing the implementation of cost reduction plans related to quality assurance activities in the company's mid-term business plan.
