業務内容

Competitive Advantage:

• Leverage technical expertise to transform Product Innovation:
• Application Domains
• Development Domains
• Brand need-gaps
• PUSH Packaging concepts
• Develop and protect Intellectual Property (novelty, utility and non-obvious solutions)
• Deploy pilot and ensure proof of production
• Integrate L4TF principles from concept / project ideation apart from fulfilling to key fundamentals: Safety, Quality, Agility and Cost
• Boost product performance and excellent experience during transforming to technical solutions
• Provide essential technical assessment to facilitate a smooth transfer to operational team
• To manage technical dossier

Global Partnership:

• Facilitate monthly exchanges with WW teams
• Lift & leverage zone initiatives to Global
• Align on technical conception with global vision
• ELIUM/BEST global sharing / evaluation / leverage
• DGO Collaboration

Global Operational alignment

応募条件

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineer or packaging, or Bachelor’s degree with experience in packaging industry or industrial designer (with technical skills)
• English fluency and business level of Japanese are mandatory
• 3D CAD software is a plus / 3d printer use
• Cosmetic industry is a plus but not mandatory
• Open to innovation (mindset) curious/want to discover new things /brainstorming/consumer centric
