業務内容

• Monitor and control costs related to labor, materials and equipment. Adhere to plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of people, equipment, materials, and capital while achieving deliverables and meeting customers' needs.
• Provide leadership and support for the deployment of Plant Optimization aligned with regional strategies and tactics in order to ensure a successful and sustainable implementation. Develop and lead pillar teams as well as Focused Improvement projects.
• Create and drive a high performance culture promoting the growth and development of Business Center Staff by assuring ongoing training, development and compliance. Provide development and coaching of Area Managers within the BC. 
• Drive discipline among associates in the shop floor, ensure production targets are met. Understand the union issues, align untion thought process in line with growth and management expectations, support to management in terms of group dynamics and successful CBA.
• Follow Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability compliance and support the required culture where "Safety" is considered a value not a focus/priority.

応募条件

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years manufacturing experience in production process and equipment or related/equivalent experience in a large plant (xxx associates) required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a Continuous Improvement / TPM / Lean production environment or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in a union environment (as applicable).
• Demonstrated, measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, production and service.
• Experience in driving strategy with day to day operations to team.
• Proven abillity to manage effectively a complex environment.

Desired:

• Experience in tire or automative manufacturing environment.
