業務内容

Principal Accountabilities:

• Design, verification and simulation of CMOS analog blocks for power management circuits including, voltage references, bias circuits, comparators and amplifiers meeting performance, area and power specifications.
• Collaboration with layout engineers, to ensure quality of layout of own design.
• Deliver silicon design characterization.
• Perform Lab evaluation in collaboration with Application Engineers for own design.
• Produce high quality documentation for own IP blocks in line with company development flow.
• Take proactive approach to driving own development plan, utilizing team members and internal development opportunities.
• Working closely with DFT engineers to ensure that own blocks follow existing strategy and implementation for DFT.
• Any ad hoc tasks as deemed reasonable by your manager.

Key Performance Measures:

• First time right design, on time and according to design specification, ensuring best practise is followed.
• Demonstrate strong technical, communication and organisational skills for all tasks, from initial design through to post layout verification.
• Timely and accurate documentation.
• Timely progress reporting and highlighting of risks/issues and taking responsibility for the resolution.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement of technical, non-technical skills, measured through manager review.
• Demonstrate ability to build effective relationships with relevant stakeholders and show commitment to develop less experienced team members.
• Display enthusiasm, drive, confidence and team work in the role.

• Typically 2 – 5 years experience
• Mastered basic job duties
• Work independently on straightforward tasks, with little direction from manager
• Can exercise judgement within defined procedures to determine best action
• Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Results-oriented and able to deliver on-time, under tight schedule
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team
• Flexible to undertake occasional international travel at short notice
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Ability to propose innovative solutions
• Concise and precise communication and presentation skills within multi-site and multi-cultural environments 
• Must have proven design experience with at least a few of the following. 
• Experience in switching converter non isolated and/or isolated, A/D & D/A Converters, Oscillators, Bandgap reference circuits,LDOs, and Ultra-Low Iq technique 
• Experience of high voltage desgin is preferred
• Degree level qualification in Electronics engineering (MSEE/PhD preferred) or a related discipline typically required
• Internal interaction with the PMIC/ASIC design team
• Test department
• Product engineering
• External interaction with customers

• Knowledge of global standard i.e. IATF16949, ISO26262 
• Experience in development of automotive applications or products
