- Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of our laser product.
- Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
- Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
- Serves as company liaison with customer on technical matters for assigned projects.
- Makes reports after on-site work for the charge of cost and further maintenance plan.
- Sends reports to factory about the quality issues.
- Visits customer site with sales team for explain about the more in-depth products.
- Plans on site training for providing the technical knowledge of assigned products to colleagues.
- Responsible for support our customers who have assigned products for technical and service related problems.
- Responsible for support overall OEM service especially our major client’s business that is currently mainly taken care of Service Manager.
- •Responsible for providing technical support, delivery, installation whatever necessary of all OEM laser product.
- •Ensures customer satisfaction though the technical support work.
- Bachelor in science or engineering at minimum. Master's degree, PhD or higher is preferred.
- Required to have a deep knowledge of the product in charge but also the ability to build good relationships with customers in order to get satisfaction from customers.
- Required to have good knowledges of industrial use lasers to mainly support major client’s business as well as other major OEM products and its applications.
- Understanding the application wise requirement in each user along with the customer expectation is essential to build the trust and good relationships.
- Required the ability of timely communication and field incident reporting to the factory in order to efficiently solve field issues and provide timely support to customers.
- Required the highly specialized knowledge the customer's research content as well as product knowledge for sales support.
- Preferred to have customer support experiences in the semiconductor industry.
- Preferred to have good command of written and spoken English language.
