業務内容:

  • Achieve/exceed own business objectives, cooperating proactively/closely with other functions such as product managers, innovation, marketing, customer services, supply chain and QA team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
  • Key words that accurately describe the main tasks and responsibilities of the job (include level of complexity: no of products and industries, one function/several functions (e.g. Finance & HR)
  •  Develop business plan and sales strategy for own account that ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability
  •  Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate target markets and create pipeline opportunities
  •  Assist in the development and implementation of industry plans as needed
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, pipeline, sales for own accounts and activity reports
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Report to the manager in a timely manner
  • ACTIVITIES FOR JOB:
    • Briefly describe the principal challenges of the position (e.g. Finance: determine company budget to maximize company profit while enabling company growth opportunities)
  •  Develop sales strategy and action plan for own accounts and industries
  • Visit customers to promote our products leading Business Unit, Innovation and Marketing to create pipeline opportunities and follow up projects/complaint cases
  • Set up and lead project meetings for own accounts
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Attend industrial meetings
  • Manage internal system for pipeline/forShare necessary business information with other functions appropriately/timely

    応募条件:

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • State professional skills required for the position, incl. minimum requirements to level of education and number of years’ relevant job experience, managerial skills etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales related experience hopefully related with food ingredients
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Degree in Food Science and Technology(Preferably applicable industry), Food and Nutrition, Marketing or other relevant discipline or some relevant sales experience are preferable
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with customers
  • Effectively Bilingual (English and Japanese)
