KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Achieve/exceed own business objectives, cooperating proactively/closely with other functions such as product managers, innovation, marketing, customer services, supply chain and QA team.
Develop business plan and sales strategy for own account that ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate target markets and create pipeline opportunities Assist in the development and implementation of industry plans as neededMaintains accurate records of all pricings, pipeline, sales for own accounts and activity reportsControls expenses to meet budget guidelinesAdheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codesReport to the manager in a timely mannerACTIVITIES FOR JOB:

Minimum 5 years of sales related experience hopefully related with food ingredientsDiploma/Degree in any disciplineDegree in Food Science and Technology(Preferably applicable industry), Food and Nutrition, Marketing or other relevant discipline or some relevant sales experience are preferableDemonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with customersEffectively Bilingual (English and Japanese)
