お客様からのご要望への対応業務各種顧客要求（品質改善や調査依頼など）に対して、必要があれば社内外関係者との調整を行いつつ、必要な業務を明確化しリードしていただき、最終的に顧客への報告を行っていただきます。
顧客を含む社内外で発生した品質不具合の問題解決を、社内外関係者と連携しつつ、リードしていただきます。
協力会社様や社内各部署からの変更申請や発生した不具合対応についての推進業務工程変更案件について、社内外関係者と連携しつつリスクアセスメントを推進し、適切な変更可否判断をリードしていただきます。
原料サプライヤーの監査を実施し、改善のための是正対策および改善項目のフォローアップを行い、サプライヤーの原料および体制においても弊社の求める品質レベルを達成するための推進を行っていただきます。
プロジェクトの遂行 新規製品の立ち上げプロジェクトに参画していただき、品質保証としての必要業務（製品仕様；規格、包装・梱包等の決定・登録、購入原料等の仕様決定・登録）を行いつつ、必要があれば社内外関係者との調整をおこない、プロジェクトを推進していただきます。
