  業務内容

  Main responsibilities:
  Supply PlanningValidate the supply need taking into account the demand and current level of stock
  Optimize the supply plan according to service and logistic cost targets
  Review the stock and replenishment parameters on a regular basis
  Provide visibility on performance and risks for main KPI to Brand and SSC (efficient communications, periodic reviews with Brand and SGP SSC).
  Manage the inventory and run analysis to guarantee the quality of the stock and protect service level
  
  Lead cross functional supply planning processes with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics etc), make recommendations and implement action plans to drive business metrics.
  Support his/her manager in the implementation and animation of monthly S&OP meetings for Buly brand on a monthly basis (slides preparation and presentations).
  Distribution Planning and allocationsProvide Brand Assortment List and maintain catalog parameters in POS system
  Calculate allocations by distribution channels depending on Brand strategies for Novelties and key references under supply tensions
  Propose solutions to arbitrate correctly the stocks between distribution channels
  Support roll-out of replenishment to stores project efficiency (like counter auto-replenishment) depending on Brand’s strategy.
  
  In this position, all initiative taken to propose and conduct any continuous improvement actions/ project (optimized tool, simplified processes, reduction of administrative workload...) will be welcome and encouraged.
