Responsibilities

• 工場のAGILEサイトロードマップ策定と実行責任（年度計画）
• AGILEウェーブのリードとチームへの技術・行動面のコーチング
• SLT・QS&I・ラーニング・PMO等との連携による全社展開
• グローバルOE／AGILE PMOとの情報連携・ベストプラクティス導入
• 組織全体（幹部～現場）へのマインドセット／カルチャー変革推進

Requirements

必須要件：

• 製造業の工場におけるオペレーション改善の経験
• リーン／シックスシグマを用いた継続的改善のリード経験
• 品質／サプライチェーン／製造のいずれかで4年以上の実務経験
• チームマネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 組織全体へのコーチング・ファシリテーション経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（資料作成／会議参加レベル）

歓迎要件：

• バイオ医薬／製薬／ライフサイエンス業界での実務経験
• バイオ医薬品製造、cGMP、グローバル規制の知識
